Whimsy and Fluff Sizes:

Our clothes are meant to fit loose and comfy! The size on the bloomers and the skirts is determined by the waist size, they are meant to fit loosely through the hips and legs. Our rompers are sized based on a loose fit at the hips (the top is adjustable and there are ties at the waist). If you prefer a more fitted look, we suggest sizing down. The sizing for the dresses is based on the bust size, they are elasticized in the back and meant to fit comfortably, not loose, at the bust.
